Angel Jophiel

Jophiel is the angel of beauty and frequently depicted as female, but referred to as both a man and a woman in interpretations of this angel. This zine is my personal interpretation of Jophiel, the angel of beauty who guards the tree of life.  An examination of gender using angelic iconography, and an expression of the divinity I have felt in my own trans experience consisting of three two-page watercolour spreads.
